2. Documents issued under the unfinished higher education from 10.27.2007 until 09/01/2013

3. Documents issued when unfinished higher education from 01.09.2013

not passed the final certification;
the unsatisfactory results obtained on the final certification;

FZ №273 dated December 29, 2012 does not provide for issuance of diplomas or academic references on the presence of incomplete or unfinished higher education. However, this does not mean the complete impossibility of confirming the student or a former student of the fact that he has a certain learning time in high school.

So, today, the certificate of unfinished higher education may be issued by any higher educational institutions at the request of a student or their former student, regardless of the specific periods of learning. Documents on incomplete higher education until October 24, 2007

Until 2007, legislation was operating in Russia, in accordance with which students expelled from universities until October 24, 2007 were provided by the following documents:

What documents are issued when deductions from the university now?

According to Law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 (Part 12 of Art. 60), universities from 01.09.2013 issues a certificate of training or on the period of teaching those students who:

Mastered the educational program not completely;
Were expelled from the university.
