Patriarch cyril's palace. Where does Patriarch Kirill live?

Luxurious transportation always arouses envy and frivolous talk. Especially when it comes to the ministers of the church. So the yacht of Patriarch Kirill in 2011 made a lot of noise.

The most beautiful yacht in Russia

You can't stop billionaires from spending their money on luxury ships and stylish sailing yachts. But what if such an expensive vehicle is seen in the possession of a servant of God? This is the most beautiful Pallada yacht. This is a chic black boat with tinted windows. The cost of such a "toy" is $ 4,000,000. The numbers are shocking, and the question arises: "Is this the personal yacht of Patriarch Kirill, or did he just decide to ride with the breeze?"

The ship was built back in 2003, it was designed by the architect Guido de Groot. The total length of the yacht is 32 meters, its width is 7.45 meters. Initially, this ship was registered with the president. Russian Federation... Today it is the yacht of Patriarch Kirill. It has four crew members who live in two cabins. The ship can also accept guests, but in the amount of 8 people.

What's inside the yacht?

The yacht of the Patriarch of Moscow Kirill is equipped with the most powerful instruments. The design of each cabin is royal. It is impossible not to mention the elite white wood, which was used for interior decoration. Also, the designers used mahogany and oak. All furniture is made according to special sketches from expensive material, sheathed with natural leather.

The deck is a pure white color that perfectly matches the dark hull. Patriarch Kirill's yacht "Pallada" regularly receives guests from all the churches of the world. Senior spiritual leaders are relaxing in the luxurious living room. There is not only a bar, but also the best home theater. The room is well insulated, so it is pleasant to be in it, even when the weather is raging outside.

Eight people can dine in the dining room. Each bedroom has a royal bed. In the bathroom you can take all the necessary water treatments and even enjoy the warmth of the sauna. For those who cannot imagine life without physical activity, a full-fledged fitness room is provided.

Where did the patriarch of Moscow get the yacht from?

The personal life of the leaders of the Orthodox world is always of interest to ordinary people... And when strange news about luxury transport or expensive accessories appears, the people begin to criticize and accuse every minister of the church for dishonesty. This is exactly what happened when the yacht of Patriarch Kirill was discovered.

Journalists on the Internet began to indignantly talk about expensive apartments and how they would influence the prayer mood of all those present. But the very first question that every person asked was quite logical: "Where did Patriarch Kirill get a yacht from?"

Oilmen's gifts

In 2005, on July 25, the former yacht of Vladimir Vladimirovich was spotted at the pier of Krestovsky Island. The Valaam Monastery received such a water transport through intermediaries. The vessel was donated by the famous oil

The monastery has long had its own fleet of ten ships. But there was no status vessel in this collection. Guests with a special spiritual status are supposed to ride on special yachts. Therefore, the gift came to the court, and it is not at all scary that the name is pagan.

An attraction of unknown generosity?

Patriarch Kirill's yacht made a lot of noise. What the ROC (Russian Orthodox Church) says about her is still unknown. Its representatives prefer to just keep silent and shrug their shoulders. Of course, this is a gift, but it is not customary to condemn for gifts.

Lukoil press secretary Dmitry Dolgov gave interviews to many print media. That's just about why they give such gifts, he is silent. The man only said that the yacht was not used by the company itself. It was specially purchased for Gundyaev, who represents the entire community of the clergy of our country.

Who is Pallas?

Athena's dairy sister was named Pallas. This pagan name was christened a yacht destined for the leader of the state. No one paid attention to this until the yacht became owned by the RCP. In 2007, the ministers of the church promised that they would change the name to Christian - "The Tsaritsa". This is how the icon of the Mother of God is called. But so many years have passed, and the yacht still has not changed its name.

Journalists often asked the ministers of the church about this. Those, in turn, found strange explanations for this behavior. The coats of arms of the Russian Federation, located on the ship, are also particularly indignant. As you know, the state emblem cannot be used by the RIC.

Land transport of Patriarch Kirill

To carry the word of God to the masses, it is necessary to move around all the time. Patriarch Kirill's yacht added to the collection, which is on the balance sheet of the Russian Orthodox Church. According to the gift from the oil company itself, it came in handy. This is despite the fact that church leaders already had ten courts at their disposal. The yacht, of course, is notable transport, but there are others that are not inferior to the ship in luxury and assembly:

  • The vehicle fleet required for movement on land. In the collection of the Patriarch of Moscow - "Mercedes" super-luxury series S, Toyota Land Cruiser, limousine and even the Soviet rarity "Victory".
  • Armored carriage with an icon on the facade.

Other generous gifts

Thousands of parishioners regularly bring gifts to Patriarch Kirill of Moscow. Among them there are enough wealthy people who can afford gifts for $ 30,000. That is how much Breguet watches cost. In them, the leader of Christianity repeatedly appeared in the frame, but sometimes they were removed by diligent editors. After all, such accessories will cause outrage in many people.

And the dacha in the form of a temple still shocks everyone who happens to be next to it. These mansions are located on the coast of the Krasnodar Territory. For the sake of their construction, hundreds of trees from the state forest fund were cut down.

Another yacht of the patriarch

No sooner had people forgotten about the generous gifts from oil workers to the minister of the church, as in September 2015 a new scandal erupted. In the center of events is again a ship, which costs about $ 600,000. Patriarch Kirill was spotted on a yacht in August by locals, but the information was leaked to the vastness of the World Wide Web on September 22. Even photographs were taken. They show that the gray-haired old man is at the helm. Further, photographs were taken showing the bathing of the patriarch. The action takes place in the Golubaya Bay, which is located near the village of Divnomorskoye (Krasnodar Territory).

Journalists with special zeal began to call everyone who could confirm the presence of Kirill on the Azimut yacht. But the rest of the clergy preferred to remain silent about the patriarch's sea voyage. Silence only added questions, therefore, this could be. It is also known that the servants of rural churches have repeatedly written letters to Patriarch Kirill himself. They accuse him of encouraging debauchery and turning a blind eye to expensive gifts that are inappropriate for all who serve the Christian faith.

But Alexei Nevzorov (a well-known publicist) openly points out that all the leaders of the clergy live on the money of parishioners and taxpayers. People simply put unthinkable sums in the purse of the RCP, buying candles, icons and other church attributes. He also writes that behind all these robes are hidden ordinary mortal men and women who like luxury, expensive cars and large sums in their accounts. They are people who have forgotten what sin is and how to give away their property for the good of faith. These people are simply promoting righteous views, but are not ready to throw off the gold and status from their shoulders.

This is how scandals arise when Patriarch Kirill rides on a yacht. The refutation appeared immediately after the shameless accusations on the Internet. But these words had a lot in common and little information on the fact of Kirill's bathing in the Black Sea.

How does the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia live?

In 2014, in one interview, Kirill said a phrase that spread throughout the Internet: "We live today as richly as we have never lived after the revolution." This statement has generated a lot of comments. People tried to decipher what exactly the minister of the church meant. Perhaps the proposal was addressed to the Russian Orthodox Church. Since the people live quite poorly, especially in 2014, when the financial crisis began in the courtyard. The country's economy was also not in the best shape, because raw material prices were falling at a catastrophic rate. The state budget was replenished by taxes and fines.

Today the Patriarch of Moscow also lives well. Especially if he cuts the waves of the Black Sea on a yacht, the cost of which is about 600,000 dollars. His confidants claim that this person has no time to be distracted by the holidays and entertainment of ordinary mortals. Every day he prays for the salvation of Russia and all its people. And the fact that there are several of the best cars in his fleet, the yacht of the Patriarch of Moscow Kirill Gundyaev is at the pier, and the carriage is made of bullet-proof material - this is simply the cost of his life. He is a public person, so you need to correspond to the status.

Of course, to condemn the patriarch or not is everyone's personal business. Nobody knows what secrets this person keeps and how exactly he communicates with the Creator. In any case, his word is believed, and thousands of Christians are ready to follow him. And cars and yachts are the basic needs of civilized people. He should not live in an adobe hut and ride a cart. Moreover, the yacht has become an ordinary gift. So the rest of the transport was presented as a gift or purchased with the money of the Russian Orthodox Church. The budget in this treasury is far from small. Cyril has said many times that all the vehicles he uses are not his property. It remains only to believe the words of this great man, until the next provocative pictures leaked to the Internet.

To Putin in swimming trunks

The Black Sea coast is turning from a national treasure into the property of high-ranking officials, oligarchs and church hierarchs.

The resort season has opened on the Black Sea. The authorities are again calling on Russians to show patriotism and choose domestic beaches instead of Egypt and Turkey. In fact, there is less and less Black Sea land for the average Russian to rest. A plot on the coast is becoming an attribute of chic style, like a flasher on a car. Social status is determined by the proximity to the sea: the closer the estate is to the water, the higher this status. Naturally, precious plots are registered with relatives or dummies. And the Black Sea coast has turned into a conglomerate of quiet places, the names of the owners of which are not accepted to advertise. Gelendzhik is just one of such places.

Like a prime minister in his bosom

A separate power transmission line is stretched to "Putin's dacha", as it is popularly called, so you can find the building by the pillars. They walk along the highway, over the mountains and lead to the tiny farm Praskoveevka on the Black Sea coast. Previously, a dirt road led to the farm, but now it is an asphalt road with a European concrete shoulder. The entrance to the dacha is through an iron bridge covered with a concrete block, a barrier and prohibiting signs. Behind the bridge is a military truck, behind it is a row of carriages of unknown purpose. We drive past the bridge, to the beach, but as if into a zone: on the way there are bushes in barbed wire. In the same "thorn" there is a deaf brick fence, above which there are gratings with surveillance cameras and sensors. Behind the fence there are three mansions, in connection with which the locals mention the former director of the FSB, secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev. Officially, it is called a sports complex. They say that about 100 meters from the last house to the sea, in the mountain, there is an entrance to the tunnel leading to the dacha. But you can't see anything behind the trees.

If you go to the beach and look to the right, you will see the famous Parus rock. On the left, passage along the bank is prohibited - there are concrete blocks behind the construction fence, above the water there is a small pier with an installation for driving piles. It is also impossible to swim: there are signs “Technically protected area! Swimming is prohibited! ”, Buoys lined up in a row on an iron rope in the water. A continuous fence of the coastal strip is being erected here, which very soon will protrude into the sea for 40 meters. The customer of the construction is the FSB, which is indicated on the plate attached to the fence.

I try to rent a boat from the locals, but they brush it off: "Are you out of your mind ?!" We have to swim to “Putin”. I go around the buoys and row along the coast. At the top of the mountain is a tower with a video camera and a rotating locator. There is a boat on the horizon, clearly not a fishing boat. I need to go to Cape Idokopas, where the dacha is being built. Having moved away from the FSB fence about 200 meters, I swim up to the shore and crawl in the water for a long time, clinging to the seaweed with my hands and trying to keep my head as low as possible. When the fence is out of sight, I go ashore. The mountains here are tall and almost sheer. Nevertheless, the same "thorn" is at the top. Everything around seemed to have died out. After a couple of kilometers the path is blocked by a small rock, then another one. And only then a high coastal platform appears, built of huge boulders. On the site there are a couple of shipping containers and a grader. In grief - exit from the tunnel. There is a rubber tube suspended on a cable. A low hum is apparently coming from her. The tunnel is wide, the car will pass freely. I am swimming again, but this time the water is icy - for the construction they chose a deep place so that the boat could come up. Four years ago, when they began to build, the facility was officially called "Children's sports and recreation camp of year-round action." This is a branch of the health-improving complex "Dagomys" of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation.

I am trying to hide behind boulders, but one of the builders has already noticed me. I climb to the site and say honestly that I am a journalist. He warns: “Don’t swim to the beach, otherwise the essos ( federal Service protection, FSO. - ET) will be detained. You can't see the dacha from the water - swim at least 100 meters, at least 200 meters. But a staircase leads up the mountain behind a high green gate with a wicket in barbed wire.

I swim to the "Putin" beach, stretch out on small pebbles and wave my hand to the guys in sports shorts. These are the builders. They say that in the past it was forbidden to leave the construction site. Once several people rushed out to the village to buy food, but the guards caught them and handed them over to the police, after which the builders were given three days of arrest - seemingly for petty hooliganism. By a strange coincidence, after Putin from the president has turned into the prime minister, the situation has become more democratic - you can go out and enter, presenting your passport at the checkpoint.

The dacha itself consists of four floors, two of them are underground. It is being built without a single brick - everything is made of monolithic concrete. “There is so much concrete that Gelendzhik can be rebuilt. Where does this money come from? " - one of the builders is surprised. A monolithic wall with a length of six and a half kilometers is being built from the same concrete to strengthen the mountain slopes. And if they pave the road, then "the mountains are cut down on figs." Actually, Putin appeared here. “Once he walked and greeted us,” says an oriental-looking boy.

On the way back to Praskoveevka, I admire the setting sun. I would like to believe that life is changing for the better if a mere mortal can still sunbathe on the “Putin's” beach, even if he has set a personal swimming record.

Patriarchal works

The summer residence of the patriarch is a kind of symbol of the unity of the Russian Orthodox Church with the state: the customer of the construction is the Moscow Patriarchate, and the contractor is the enterprise supplying products of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. Construction is underway on the seashore between the village of Dzhanhot and the village of Divnomorskoye. On the forest road, a sign makes you think about the higher powers: “Passage is prohibited! Armed guards! " I enter the construction site. In addition to Central Asian guest workers, the facility is being built by Moldovans, and the contractor is the Serbian firm Putevi.

The concrete frame of the three-storey building has already been completed. Seeing us, guest workers are hiding on the first floor. I overtake and ask: "What are you building?" They are sure that they are building a monastery.

Back in October 2003, the late Patriarch Alexy asked the then head of Gelendzhik Ozerov for land for his residence. Local authorities prepared a land management case, and in 2004, the Kuban vice-governor, Remezkov, signed an order to approve a 1.8 hectare plot. Representatives of the local community informed President Putin and Prosecutor General Ustinov: the site was provided in the forests of the first, most protected group. The Land Code allows the seizure of these territories only for the fulfillment of international obligations of the Russian Federation or the placement of objects of state importance. Human rights activists also pointed out that only Russian government and only after the state ecological expertise, and nothing of this, according to their information, was done. In another appeal, it was said that the ROC is not a state structure and therefore, according to the law, it should redeem these lands at auctions, and not receive them for free. However, the prosecutor's office answered the same: no violations. So under Kirill, construction is underway full swing.

The foreman, Serb Georgy Popovich, appears on the site. He says in broken Russian that there is a cliff 40 meters high by the sea. The builders suggested making an elevator, but church leaders wanted to go down to the water along a path, which now needs to be cut through the rocks. You can understand them, there is truly heavenly air - one of the few places in the world where Pitsunda pines, listed in the Red Book of Russia, grow. True, along the road leading to the residence, trees have been felled and burnt in places. But there is a memorial stone in honor of the construction, consecrated by the late Patriarch Alexy.

For one destroyed pine, builders have to pay compensation up to 400 thousand rubles, - says my fellow traveler Dmitry Shevchenko from public organization"Environmental watch in the North Caucasus". - Therefore, usually hemp and felled trees are immediately taken away. Burning out is also a way not to pay compensation and save on construction.

I am going to Gelendzhik to attend public hearings on the impact of the church residence on environment... The Gelendzhik administration is obliged by law to organize them. In the half-empty hall, Putevi engineer Erich Dayan says from the rostrum that there are no environmental violations. Dmitry Shevchenko rises from his seat:

We are witnessing a farce. Everything has already been erected, so what are we discussing? And how could a three-story building appear without an environmental impact assessment?

There are no representatives of the Moscow Patriarchate and the presidential administration at the hearings, the deputy mayor of the city Vyacheslav Markov (sitting on the presidium) is taking the rap for everyone. What money is spent on construction and how much it costs - Markov does not allow these questions to be asked, explaining that today we are only talking about ecology. There is also a local archpriest Vladimir Sazonov in the hall, but officially he is not from the patriarchate, but by himself. An interesting event came out: at first, nature was harmed, and now they asked the public whether it was possible to harm?

Places of financial glory

Gelendzhik stretches along the mountain, on which the name of the city is lined in large white letters, like in Hollywood. In addition to Putin and Kirill, the names of the former defense minister Grachev, Gref, Gryzlov, Zhirinovsky, Kudrin, Chernomyrdin and Shoigu are heard here. Gelendzhik also includes seven resort villages where you can conduct excursions - for example, "around Gref's places." Indeed, in the village of Divnomorskoye, the mother-in-law was noted German Gref, Tatiana Vasilievna Golovina. Previously, she worked as a castellan at the local boarding house "Solnechny". In 2004, the eldest daughter Yana married Gref, and Tatyana Vasilyevna immediately became the general director of the Divnomorsk sanatorium "Golubaya Dal".

Gref's mother-in-law did not always go smoothly. In September 2007, when the son-in-law left the government and had not yet become the president of Sberbank, Tatyana Golovina was "left" by the people of the governor of the Saratov region Pavel Ipatov, who were related to the Balakovo NPP. Now the daughter of the Saratov governor, Anna Ipatova, has appeared on the board of directors of the sanatorium. But Tatyana Golovina became the director of the Gelendzhik sanatorium "Rus". This object is owned by a subsidiary of the state-owned Transneft.

Close to the Golubaya Dal sanatorium is the shelter of Alexei Kochetov, president and co-owner of the Ochakovo brewing company. It is a five-story castle with a turret, antique tiled roof and a pool in the courtyard. A natural stream on the territory of the shelter was converted into a waterfall, palm trees and other exotic plants were bought for more than 30 million rubles. The house is not registered with Kochetov himself, but with his 73-year-old father. A car with a guard is on duty in the courtyard, who gets in the way as soon as I want to enter the open gate. The patriarch's dacha is just a stone's throw from here.

In Gelendzhik, three mansions under construction have become a landmark, popularly designated by the abbreviation GKSh, from the names of Gref, Kudrin and Shoigu. The builders call the houses "generals". However, popular rumor can be wrong, because houses can be registered with anyone. The area here is excellent - in fact, the embankment. Nearby is a magnificent grove of Crimean pines, and if you climb one of them, then the GKSH houses are in full view.

We will end the excursion at the former house of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, which is a stone's throw from the city prosecutor's office. The central part, protruding forward and equipped with porthole windows, looks like a motor ship. But now you can shoot a horror movie here: the windows are tightly closed, the garden is overgrown, a fern makes its way through the steps. How long Khodorkovsky owned the house is unknown. Subsequently, the building belonged to a certain Mr. Bagin, who was related to Gazprom. Then the house was transferred on account of an outstanding loan to the Moscow "Rus Bank", and the latter handed it over to the "Primorye" sanatorium. This sanatorium is owned by the father of Sergei Ozerov, the former head of Gelendzhik, now a State Duma deputy from United Russia.

Spa prison

The property of officials was actively studied Chairman of the Gelendzhik Human Rights Center Vladimir Ivanov... Several months ago, unknown persons burned down the trailer where he lived and kept documents. And now Ivanov was put in jail. He is charged under criminal articles 318 and 319 - "Use of violence against a government official" and "Insulting a government official". Ivanov published independent newspaper, for which I wanted to photograph the chairman of the Gelendzhik City Court, Vladimir Krasnopeev. The investigation claims that Ivanov lifted the judge into the air and insulted him with obscene language.

In the office of the Gelendzhik Human Rights Center, I managed to rummage through the documents. For example, I found a request addressed to the director of the FSB: Vladimir Ivanov is interested in why the territory of military unit 2156 in the “Putin's” farm Praskoveevka was given for construction? We are talking about the very houses called the sports complex. There is no answer in the documents. But there is a March appeal from local politicians and businessmen to Putin: “For many years, federal land plots have been illegally built up according to corruption schemes.<…>We demand that a government commission be sent to Gelendzhik. " Further - Vladimir Ivanov's lawsuit against Prime Minister Vladimir Putin for the lack of an answer to the appeal. The date of the claim is 27.04.09. Ivanov was arrested two days later.

There are also documents concerning the head of Gelendzhik, Viktor Khrestin. No one will say that the mayor acquires the resort property, because it belongs to Gelendzhik-Hotel OJSC, which is headed by his brother Anatoly Khrestin. In which case, the objects are registered with a private person - Anna Khrestina, Anatoly's wife and the mayor's daughter-in-law. The official annual income of the Gelendzhik Hotel is about 130 million rubles. The main shareholder is the same brother of the mayor, but for some reason local residents claim that the chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov was noticed at the shareholders' meeting the year before last. I do not know…

In Soviet times, this resort empire was called the "Production Association of the Hotel Industry of the City Executive Committee", had at its disposal a dozen hotels, 9 Finnish baths, a motor depot, hairdressers, laundries and water intakes. Today, the Khrestinskaya firm owns boarding houses, hotels and housing and communal services throughout the Gelendzhik coast.

From the human rights office I go to the village of Kabardinka, whose residents are in conflict with OJSC Gelendzhik-Hotel. The head of the village provided a hectare of municipal land for servicing the Volna Hotel, owned by the OJSC. And then the Gelendzhik City Court ordered the mayor's daughter-in-law to buy this site - it turns out that this happens. The land bought by Khrestina was immediately divided and partially sold. The plot has a sewerage system, which was used by three neighboring houses. Last February, employees of the OJSC hammered her with a wooden beam. I stand in the courtyard and see how sewage is spreading from under the cover of the sewer manhole across the courtyard. Residents appealed to the Gelendzhik City Court, but the claim was returned three times without consideration.

In the village of Betta, an entire embankment is recorded on Anna Khrestina, including two cafes, a hotel, a billiard room, and an entertainment center. When checking coastal zones The Federal Property Management Agency found numerous violations of land legislation, and the chief architect of the Krasnodar Territory found violations during the construction of an entertainment center. But nothing can be done - the property is legalized by the same Gelendzhik court. The Gelendzhik-Hotel firm in Betta owns the Yuzhny boarding house, a local water intake, the former territory of city baths and a camping site that used to be on the lands of the Ministry of Defense. Nearby there is a health resort MO with a helipad and a private beach. Officials come here to rest ...

A hundred square meters of an empty plot in Gelendzhik costs from 130 thousand dollars. One social class is gradually being ousted from the coast by another, wealthy and powerful. In Sochi, this process is noisy, because the Olympic settlers are resisting. And in general, Sochi is in full view of the whole world. There will be no Olympics in Gelendzhik. A town in a cozy bay - either the Black Sea Rublyovka, or the Russian Beverly Hills, but without journalists and scandals. Just what big capital and big bureaucracy need to quietly settle down and dissolve in real estate.

Patriarch Kirill (Gundyaev Vladimir) - Bishop of the Russian Orthodox Church, and also after the elections in 2009 by the Local Council - the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, chairman of the DECR and a permanent member of the Holy Synod. Before enthronement, he held the post of Metropolitan of the Smolensk and Kaliningrad Churches.

Born in the fall of 1946 in Leningrad. In high school he combined study with work. After completing his studies, he entered the seminary of the clergy.

At the end of the 60s he was tonsured, and a year later he graduated with honors from the Academy of the Clergy. Two years later, he was elevated to the rank of archimandrite and in the same period became the representative of the Metropolitan Patriarchate in Geneva.

In the mid-70s, he was elevated to the rank of bishop of the Vyborg diocese, and subsequently assumed the office of archbishop. Since the beginning of the 90s, he has been the chairman of the commission of the Holy Synod, and a year later he was elevated to the rank of metropolitan.

In early 2009, he became a candidate for the post of Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, and two days later, with 75% of the votes, he won the vote.

A significant event in 2016 was his meeting with Pope Francis, held on neutral territory in Havana.

A family

Mother worked as a teacher foreign language, and his father was the chief mechanic at the plant, but in the end he decided to take the rank of a clergyman. My grandfather was also close to the Orthodox faith and fought against the destruction of churches during the Soviet era.

The elder brother, Nikolai, holds the post of archpriest and is the rector of one of the cathedrals, worked as a professor at the academy of the clergy. The younger sister, Irina, works as a director at a grammar school with Orthodox education.

Where does Patriarch Kirill live

The main residence is the estate located in the village of Peredelkino. On a two and a half hectare site, there is the main three-story building and adjacent separate buildings, including: personal apartments, reception halls, a house church, a hotel, utility rooms and a wellness complex, as well as a parking lot and a storage box for food.

In addition, there is a pond and a park area with sculptures and households on the territory. household buildings.

The estate itself is furnished with luxury interior items brought from Italy, and the facade of the building resembles the Terem Palace in the Kremlin.

The DECR chairman travels a lot to cities in Russia and conducts educational activities, so he does not have a permanent place of residence. The main places where he stops are considered: the Holy Danilov Monastery, the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, residences on Valaam and in Chisty Lane for work meetings, as well as several mansions: on Solovki, in Trinity-Lykovo and on Rublevka.

Several years ago, in Gelendzhik in the village of Praskoveevka, on an area of just over 16 hectares, the construction of a Spiritual Educational Center at the Russian Orthodox Church began. This construction was covered in different ways by various media.

According to some reports, meetings and sessions of the Holy Synod will be held here, for whose members living quarters are also being built. In addition, this center will conduct educational work with young people and will receive Primates and delegations from other churches.

According to other reports, this estate will be more of a dacha and is being built mainly for the summer holidays of the patriarch.

Patriarch Kirill's apartment

While still a metropolitan, he lived for a long time in Serebryany Bor in a small wooden house. Square land plot about seven thousand square meters. On the territory there are outbuildings and buildings for educational and church activities, but the main house is small and already quite dilapidated.

During this period, President Boris Yeltsin and his entourage decided to improve their living conditions and presented the clergyman with a five-room apartment measuring 140 square meters. meters. The living space is located in the famous "House on the Embankment" at 2 Serafimovich Street.

He does not live here and never lived. Initially, the donated property was in very poor condition and not suitable for habitation. Over time, the apartment was put in order and a collection of rare books was brought here for storage, which Kirill's father began to collect back in Soviet times.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and has a magnificent view of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. This is the only property officially owned by Vladimir Gundyaev.

According to CIAN, the apartments at 2 Serafimovich are over 100 sq. meters cost from 95 to 300 million rubles.

On the open spaces of the Runet she died, barely having time to be born a "sensation" telling about the "dacha of the Patriarch in Gelendzhik".

Crowds of hamsters - "fighters against clericalism" rushed to copy and paste the "revelatory news" that appeared on the site social movement"Open Coast", as well as in some media and blogs, where they wrote about the construction of a Russian Orthodox Church facility near the village of Praskoveevka in the Krasnodar Territory, which allegedly is a "dacha of the Patriarch", and its construction was allegedly carried out with various violations.

Cheeky hamsters yelled:

"Meet the Russians: the Gelendzhik landowner Vladimir Mikhailovich Gundyaev, better known to the country as Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad, and since 2009 - the Patriarch of All Russia"
"Under the patriarchal palace and its service and living quarters, slyly named" the spiritual and cultural center of the Russian Orthodox Church ", they carried out an illegal clearcutting of hundreds of Pitsunda pines and erected an even more monumental fence than that of Semyonov's neighbor."

"Or Messrs. Landowners Semyonov and Gundyaev, brazenly seizing and blocking off key sections of the Old Dzhankhot road, do not they realize that they are forcing people to bypass their estates along the narrow and overstressed Praskoveevskoe highway, where there are no sidewalks - that is, in fact, they are pushing whole families under the wheels of the uninterrupted vehicles "
“It is also clear that if events continue to develop according to their current shameless scenario, in the coming years all these multimillion-dollar waves of human beings will rush to the possessions of our Black Sea latifundists and will inevitably demand their own. And what will the authorities answer, I wonder? riot police with SOBR on them under the pretext of protecting “sacred private property”? security guards? "

However, the nonsense was quickly refuted. For example, he argued and lucidly stated igorpodgorny , who noticed inconsistencies and jambs of "whistleblowers", took care to find out what was in fact:

Igor Podgorny:

Well, I'll sacrifice a dozen other friends, but still I will speak on the topic ...

The hysteria about "Putin's dacha" and "Patriarch's dacha" has been going on for quite a long time on the Internet. The hysteria will soon pass, they will forget it and switch to a new "sensation". Enough, there will be another nude VIP body on the web. Or another policeman's attack of truth. Now it is so easy to go to the TOPs for anyone who wants to. But that's not the point.

The people were agitated by the "summer cottages" being built on the Black Sea coast. For every kilometer of which, according to the authors of the scandal, about a million Russians claim.
If at least some documents appear about the first object - "Putin's dacha", then I personally perceive the name of the second, only as a well-known "love" of many of our citizens to stand up at any mention of the Russian Orthodox Church.
I am not ready now to comment on all the facts and speculations from the sensational publication on the Open Coast website.

I think I will not be mistaken if I say that 99% of publications condemn PERSONALLY the current Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill. Like, the main church shepherd, and there too. He wanted comfort, he is building a summer cottage for himself in a reserved forest. It is proposed to sign a letter to the Patriarch demanding an end to the outrage. Moreover, those who are not ashamed of direct insults against the Patriarch often urge to sign such a letter.

I dare to remind you that Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was elected on January 27, 2009 by the Local Council of the Russian Orthodox Church. And back in 2005, on June 16, His Holiness Patriarch Alexy performed the great consecration of the church in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh at the courtyard of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra in the village of Divnomorsk, Krasnodar Territory, and consecrated the foundation stone for the construction of the Spiritual and Cultural Center of the Moscow Patriarchate. As we understand it comes about the same place. That is, it was also known that construction was planned to begin in Divnomorsk. 7 years ago! Why did local activists wake up just now? Why did they not immediately appeal to the governor of the Krasnodar Territory A.N. Tkachev, the mayor of Gelendzhik S.P. Ozerov, Chairman of the Regional Legislative Assembly V.N. Beketov and other local government leaders who attended the ceremony? Why didn't they demand an explanation from them? Where did this "dacha of the Patriarch" come from, and the current one? That is, at least there is an inaccuracy in the environmentalists' claims. Not to mention personal insults. The most innocent of which, I personally perceive the words "dacha of the Patriarch" in this way.

If you read carefully "(more precisely, that part of it that is devoted to the" dacha of the Patriarch "), other questions arise. Why is the text so inaccurate and not accompanied by references to evidence, which seem to be implied:
- "It was precisely the love for healing aromas that, back in the early 2000s, prompted the top of the Russian Orthodox Church to turn to the country's leadership with a request to establish a patriarchal residence in some exclusive resort corner."- if the passage about the love of medicinal herbs can be attributed to the author's desire to decorate his text, what is the" early 2000s "and what is meant by the" request for the establishment of a patriarchal residence "? And if the events of the early 2000s mean the foundation of the Spiritual and Cultural Center, then let us return to the question: why did claims arise only today?

- It’s even creepy to imagine how much money has already been poured into it and what astronomical sums the annual maintenance of this mighty chest will pour out to the people of the Russian Federation- wait a minute! Who, after all, is building the "dacha", the state (that is, we are with you for our taxes) or the Church, which is separated from "you and me", and which is not financed from the budget of the Russian Federation?

In many publications on the topic, there are lines with the words " don't they remember how this behavior ended in 1917". I would advise such writers to read something more serious than school history textbooks of the times of the USSR, where one of the reasons for the revolution was" assigned "the spiritual oppression of the people. fought "...

It is surprising to observe with what confidence bloggers of varying degrees of top-ranking claim that the Patriarch is free to resolve the property issues of the Church everywhere. And yet, this is not so, because even the Moscow region has its own Metropolitan of Krutitsky and Kolomensky - Yuvenaly. Or maybe everyone can be sure that the Patriarch has nothing to do and the only thing he cares about and that he personally controls is the construction of the "summer cottage"? And after all, no one will even apologize if it turns out (and I fully admit such a course of events) that the head of the Russian Orthodox Church is not aware that a "dacha" is being built for him. And why apologize, because for a long time "everyone knows" that the Church does nothing useful, but only sells vodka, takes away "national cultural heritage" and premises from children. No one finds the courage to admit that they were wrong when it turns out that they were not. There are still so many sensations and scandals worth reposting. Well, okay, God is our judge, as they say.

And, despite the fact that, of course, any of those who now so zealously protect nature on the Internet North Caucasus from the invaders from the Russian Orthodox Church, always inquires about whether the house in which he lives was built in full accordance with the law, how honestly the money was earned, the gifts presented to him were bought and, in general, maintains an impeccable moral points of view) a way of life, I would like to remind you of the well-known parable about a speck and a log. Sometimes it makes sense to pick the last out of your own eye.

P.S. So, just in case, I report that I do not welcome violations of the law. If the construction of "summer cottages" is illegal, it is necessary to fight against it and seek punishment for those who deserve it. Whoever these "those" are. But there is no need to fall into insanity and assume that any closed facility in our country is being built for Putin, and any initiative of the Russian Orthodox Church is aimed at personal enrichment of the Patriarch. For which I and all Orthodox Christians pray in the Church: in the first, remember, Lord, our great lord and father Kirill, the Holy Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.

But the patriarch's speeches do not prevent him from wearing a watch on his hands. Breguet costing about 30 thousand euros, use personal fleet and motorcade, for the passage of which Moscow streets are blocked. On Ukraine residents were shocked Cyril's half-kilometer corteges- even the president does not travel with such fanfare.

Furniture in the residence of the Patriarch in Peredelkino

The journalists found out that not so long ago the residence of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill was replenished with luxury Italian furniture.

For example, one table from the famous Jumbo brand with exclusive inlay costs more than 22 thousand euros, and a matching chair will cost a little more than 2 thousand euros. This luxury became the reason for the questions that the manager had to answer. the press service of the patriarch to Alexander Volkov.

Volkov said: “We do not have to explain at all what furniture appears and is purchased in the rooms. The Patriarch's residence was reconstructed at the expense of benefactors, who did not report at what cost and where they bought this furniture. If that was their decision and willingness, to buy such a worthy and corresponding to the level of the official place of presencePrimate of the Russian Orthodox Church, then what is strange and incomprehensible in this? "

Volkov also stressed that all the furnishings in the residence belong not to the patriarch, but to the Church.

The palace in Peredelkino was considered the permanent residential residence of the patriarch., built on the site of several demolished houses of local residents. The house is like Terem Palace in the Kremlin, but Cyril doesn't like living there: the worldly bustle of the road passing by interferes too much. The Patriarch ordered to redecorate the palace in the Danilov Monastery.

In addition, with the scandal was builtPatriarchal Palace in Gelendzhik, which is located on the territory of the reserve.
