Description of the sign of award
The award sign is a medal with an attached to an eye and a rings with a rectangular block of 25 mm in size for 15 mm and covered with white silk moored ribbon. The lateral edges of the ribbon are bordered with a blue transverse strip of 3 mm wide at a distance of 1 mm from the edges, and in the middle there are two more transverse strips of 3 mm width. Bottom pad is a relief image of laurel branches. On the front of the medal there is an inscription "Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education", branched on the right side of the olive branch.
The award sign is on right side Breasts under state awards of the Russian Federation.
