Center announces competitive reception Applications at the training of employees with HSE in 2020 on advanced training programs.

Training is organized at the expense of the University only for employees who have the main place of work in HSE or branch (the labor book is in HSE, branch).

Competitive selection of applications for training will be carried out throughout 2020 on the following conditions:

  • training is carried out by the Institute (Center) HSE in the period up to December 15, 2020 in accordance with its approved regular (planned) programs;
  • the direction of employees with HSE and its branches for training is carried out individually with the reimbursement of the institution (center) of the cost of their training;
  • categories of listeners (applicants): predominantly faculty; scientists; administrative and management personnel; educational and auxiliary staff; Students and graduate students with whom HSE is concluded labor contract with the replacement of teaching or scientific positions, including those included in the High Professional Capacity Building (personnel reserve) HSE;
  • the work experience of the applicant from the composition of the administrative and educational and auxiliary personnel in the NEA HSE / Branch HSE to the date of submission should be at least one year;
  • payment of the cost of training of employees of branches of HSE on the programs of institutions and centers additional education HSE is carried out at the expense of HSE funds or on the conditions of co-financing from the branch. Reimbursement of expenses on the passage (flight) and accommodation in the commissioning of employees of branches of the NEU HSE can be carried out by HSE and the relevant Branch of the HSE in equal shares (unless otherwise provided by the decisions of the Council), and in case of the impossibility of conducting such a distribution, the costs of paying for travel (flight) They are reimbursed at the expense of the branch, the costs of living in Moscow - at the expense of the NSU HSE. Reimbursement of other expenses on the commissioning of employees of branches of NIU HSE for training according to programs (including daily) is carried out at the expense of the relevant branches of HSE;
  • in determining the feasibility of supporting the training of employees of faculties who received centralized funds for advanced training (academic development funds), the priority is to co-finance the training of such an employee by this unit;
  • applications are submitted no later than one month before the start date of the program;
  • in the case of a submission of an application for an increase in the qualifications of the employee of the Faculty, which received centralized funds for advanced training (academic development fund), a copy of a written decision (extract from the minutes of the meeting) of the scientific commission of the division, indicating the reasons for the refusal of independent financing of such training.
