The official name in English, for educational organizations - can be found in the Charter educational organizationwhich, in turn, can be found on the organization's website.

You can specify up to three jobs or studies.

We recommend the authors not to indicate a branch of an educational organization, since information about work in the branch is not transmitted and not taken into account in RISC and other citation systems. However, if necessary, or desire, you can, together with the main job, indicate the name of the branch, as well as the country and the city of His location - in Russian and english. At the same time, first indicates the main place of work in the nominative case, and then the name of the branch also in the nominative case.

Students must indicate a "student", "Master", "graduate student". You can, at the request of the author, also indicate the faculty or department, specialty.

E-mail address

The email address for each co-author is published with other data on the authors, to ensure the opportunity to quickly contact the author, both from the reaction, and on the part of interested readers. In addition, the email address of the author is transmitted to RISC and other citation databases. We convincingly ask you to specify the real and running email addresses individually for each collaboration of the article.

Citation systems profiles and other information

At the request of the author, its profile of RINTS, ORCID profile, profile in Scopus, profiles in other citation systems can be specified. You can provide a link to a personal page on the Internet (including pages on social networks).

Mail address to communicate with the author

Correspondent postal address (with an index) for contacts with the authors of the article:

- Working (preferably) or home (optional) address.

Please note the entire information listed above is published in an open access log!

Article title

The title of the article seems to be edited in Russian and English.

The title of the article should be unambiguous, understandable to those skilled in other areas and reflect the content of the article. Be accurate, do not write with common or uncertain phrases. If necessary, mention in the header and place of the study, the international scientific name of the object being studied or the experimental study plan.

Avoid using abbreviations in the title of the article.

We also ask you not to write the name only with uppercase letters.

annotation

Abstract is provided to the editor in Russian and English. Annotation volume is at least 150 words.

Briefly explain why the study was conducted to which question (s) answers were received, how the study was conducted that you were detected, and your interpretation and conclusion from the results. Annotation should reflect the content of the article, because for most readers it will be the main source of information about this study. Use expressions "Author (AMI) is presented ...", "in the article ...", etc.

You must use keywords in annotations to facilitate online search for your article to those who can be interested in its results (many databases include only names and annotations). In the experimental article, the abstract should be informative and include results. Only in sightseeing works and other large-scale publications, the introduction must be indicative, i.e. Must list the basic issues discussed, but not the results.

Do not refer to annotations to tables or pictures, since annotations are also published separately from the article.

Do not use the annotations of the formula, since annotations in most databases, starting with RISC, are published in a format that excludes the mapping of formulas.

References to the used literature are not allowed, unless there is absolute need (in this case, it is necessary to place detailed information in brackets: author, name, year, etc.). Make sure all information from the annotation is also the main text of the article.

List of keyword words

Include all relevant scientific terms research. Keywords must be accurate. Add shared terms only if your study has an interdisciplinary value.

Article text

Scope of article

The minimum allowed to publish the scope of article - 10 - 12 thousand characters, counting spaces.

The maximum amount of article 50-60 thousand characters, counting spaces.

The scope of the article is estimated without taking into account metadata - i.e., without data on the authors, annotations, and the list of literature is only the text of the article.

Abbreviation

All abbreviations and abbreviations must be decrypted when first use.

Structure of the article

Try to strudust your article, follow the plan below (this structure is a recommendatory character):

Introduction (relevance): Explain why it was necessary to conduct a study, specify the objectives of the study, and what a specific question (s) it is directed. Start with more general considerations and gradually focus on the question (ah) of your research.

Methods: Describe in detail how the study was conducted (i.e., the study area, data collection, criteria, source of the analyzed material. It is necessary to consider all the factors that could affect the results of the study. If people participated in the study, it should be indicated: their number, Place of residence, age-aging characteristics, etc., the group must be given as accurate characteristic.

Results: Provide research results (previously published earlier should not be included in this part of the article).

Discussion: Give answers to your research questions (listed at the end of the annotation) and as objectively as possible compare your main results with the previously published. Discuss their restrictions and highlight your main conclusions.

Gratitude: Mention all who made a significant contribution to your research, but cannot be considered as co-authors and thank all sources of financing.

Tables, drawings

Pay special attention to the quality of the drawings. The drawings must be clear, the inscriptions on them are easy to read.

If the width of the pattern or table exceeds the width of the sheet - turn the desired sheet into the landscape orientation. Do not rotate the drawing itself or the table vertically - please treat it with understanding, from the reader's point of view, viewing such drawings and tables on the computer screen is extremely uncomfortable, therefore articles containing such tables and drawings are not accepted for publication until they are corrected.

If it is necessary to accommodate a rather large image - any plan, drawing, a large scheme, etc., you can contact the edit in advance, in order to discuss how best to do it.

Signatures under the tables and drawings should be informative, but not very long. If similar data are presented in several tables or several pictures, the signature format should also be similar.

Signatures should not be part of the drawings or tables. The signature must describe the content of the pattern or the table so much so that it can be understood that this is not reading the article itself.

All drawings and tables must be numbered. The numbering of tables and drawings is carried out separately. If the drawing or table in the article one or one, then the numbers are not affixed.

The text of the article necessarily should contain links to tables, drawings, graphics.

Formulas

If any special software was used to draw up the formulas, in addition to the standard Microsoft Office tools, please indicate which.

If you want to translate the formula into raster format, please pay special attention to their quality after the conversion.

Bibliographic list

After the text of the article, the bibliographic list decorated in strict accordance with GOST R 7.05-2008 is given.

Note, in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board, the bibliographic list should include at least 10 positions. The number of self-pricing should be no more than 30%.

- several references to articles, on the topic raised, in leading Russian and foreign journals - this demonstrates the author's horizons;

- several links (no more than 30%) on their work - in order to demonstrate the scale and depth of their research;

- The remaining links, the materials that were used by the author in the preparation of a scientific article - they will allow the reader to quickly find sources of materials to which the author refers to and familiarize themselves with them, will be convinced of the reliability of the data from these sources. The author is to recognize the ideas of other authors and, thus, to avoid charges in plagiarism.

Pay attention to the fact that today the looks list of sources is not just a list of materials used by the author, this is also the data on the basis of which in the citation databases, such as RISC, calculate the cite of each author, the Hirsch index, the impact factor magazine.

Relying in his article on someone's work - thank another author of the other author of the reference, it will increase its performance.

From this follows the most important rule of the list of list - in it be sure to include any scientific works and publication - Articles, monographs, dissertations, books, etc. When placing such a source in the form of a footnote in the text of the article, you will provide the author to the "bear service", as RINTS (as well as other citation databases) such a link will not work.

In contrast to this, it is not recommended to "clog" the bibliographic list of sources that should not be there. An unequivocal criterion for the fact that the source should not be included in the lookup bibliographic list - lack of a specific author. Such sources include: laws, regulations, standards (including GOSTS), articles from dictionaries and encyclopedias, website pages, for materials that are not specified by a specific author and other similar materials. They are drawn up as footnotes along the text of the article.

Sources are located alphabetically. The reference to the source in the text of the article is drawn up in square brackets.

If you do not know how to create one or another source in the list of literature, use the instructions.

5. You can not direct work that are already printed in other publications or sent to publish to other editions.

The publication of scientific articles is a process that obeys certain rules and requirements. In order not to spend your efforts in Mtoun, it is necessary in advance before writing a job to understand all the nuances of the execution of the article for the scientific journal.

What should include an article to publish in the journal VAC

The WAK article must comply with certain requirements. The article provided to the editor should relate to the thematic direction of the journal, the authorship should be original, the article is previously not published.

The required minimum text to publish in the journal VAC is from five pages.

Requirements for the design of the scientific article (fonts, interval, fields are usually set out on the site of a particular publisher).

When choosing the topic, the author must clearly understand how much the question is studied by scientists earlier. In this regard, it is necessary to familiarize themselves with the main literature relating to the chosen topic. For this, be sure to visit the library, archives educational institutionsThe network also has many works, publications, dissertation studies.

Choosing a name - It is no less important than the presentation of the idea itself. If the name is selected successfully, you will attract potential readers to your study. And on the contrary, if the title does not reflect briefly and excitation that you want to say, the level of reader interest will be much lower.

Separately, consider the structure of the text of the scientific publication. In the introduction, the author must reflect the relevance of the study under study, justify the scientific novelty of the work, briefly describe the scope of scientific tasks proposed by them, to highlight the effectiveness of the method proposed by it.

The main part of the article should be approximately 80-90% of the amount of work. Here the author should describe the research methods applied to them, set out the stages of the study, the results of the tests in detail.

The article may be theoretical or empirical and it has a direct impact on its structure.

Required components of content:

  • analysis of previously conducted survey aimed at solving the problem to which the author relies. It is necessary to indicate specific scientists who dealt with this issue. If it is not possible to transfer them due to large quantities, refer to the most authoritative names in this area.
  • determination of unresolved problems that this publication is dedicated. A feature of your work should be what has not yet been studied: this is a legal gap in the laws, or the periodization of any phenomenon developed by you. The effect of innovation, novelty is important.
  • determining goals (task).
  • the presentation of the main essentiality describing the data collection method is the central part of your article to be paid to pay special attention.
  • conclusions and vector development of further research in this direction. This part of the article is the most important, because you summarize all of the above and form your suggestions to address the question under consideration.

In other words, in the final part there must be answers to the tasks indicated in the introduction. The reader should be understood by the goal of your labor, for what field of activity your research will be practical.

Attention! The most difficult nuance is that the article is understandable to both a wide circle of readers and a narrow specialist.

Requirements of the WAK to scientific articles to protect dissertation

As mentioned earlier, a certain coordinated text composition should be present - the meaning of each paragraph should flow from the previous one. Work should not impress a mess, incoherent monologue. The consequence of this style of presentation is the absence of systematized informed conclusions.

Explore the publication of the masted scientists, their more experienced colleagues.

Scientific articles are usually set out:

  1. in impersonal form;
  2. divided into logical blocks;
  3. all blocks are interrelated each other;
  4. there is a clear text structure.

If there is a small review of scientific monographs, abstracts of chosen issues, do not forget about the correctness in relation to other authors.

In general, there are no special requirements that differ from the requirements of other publications to the articles of VAC. As well as any publication, the WAK article should differ novelty, coverage of methods for obtaining data, practical significance.

An example of the requirements for an article in the Eurasian legal journal

Eurasian legal journal (hereinafter referred to as Eyuzh) is in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications. Requirements for publications in such a magazine are very high. If you decide to publish your work in this journal, you should read in advance with the requirements of this publication.

It must be remembered that it is placed in the Eyuzh articles corresponding to the thematic area of \u200b\u200bthis journal - the materials on jurisprudence.

The article should be relevant to modern society, Have a scientific novelty and significance. You must justify which community your work will be interesting - judges, lawyers, prosecutors. Otherwise, your article will not be approved for publication.

VAC Requirements for the design of scientific articles: the author's name is necessarily indicated, the degree, then the title of the article, then abstract and keywords in Russian and English. Possible translation of work into English. After the text of the article, the list of references is mandatory.

A simple non-compliance with the structure of the article, despite its brilliant content, may cause a formal refusal to publish.

  1. The size of the allowable font is at least 12, but 14 is most often used.
  2. GOST on the type of font is not, but most of the magazines and authoritative editions take only work with Times New Roman font.
  3. Fields. Right - from 10 mm, upper and lower - from 20 mm, left - from 30 mm and more. Often, everywhere put 20 mm. GOST provides fields up to 25 mm. in all edges
  4. Pressing paragraph from 12 to 15 mm.
  5. Numbering only by Arabic numbers in the middle of the sheet without a point. The use of Roman numbers or other numbering on the sheet is not allowed!
  6. The firmist interval is one and a half. Do not attempt to increase / reduce the size of work using double spaces or manipulations at intervals. It usually ends with a deviation of the article.
  7. The number of pages of scientific article 5-24 - VAC. RINTS from 3 pages.
  8. Text editor. Most magazines takes work only in Word, while some editions (as the same "discussion") require only documents in Word 2003 (.doc) format.

Headlines

An example of registration of the header

The headlines are printed in the middle of the sheet, capital letters, without a point at the end and various emphasis.

Annotation and keywords

Annotation size should not exceed 2-3 sentences (in some editions of 500 characters).

The flow of information should be concise and easily readable.

Key words should reflect the subject of the article, from 3 to 6 words or phrases.

Some publications require a British version of summary and keywords. It is strongly recommended to entrust the translation of these parts (if your knowledge is left to desire better) a professional.

Annotation font size can be the same as the main text of the scientific article. The word "abstract" and "key words" is highlighted in bold, while their content is not allocated. There are cases when abstract and keywords are fully allocated in italics.

Registration of tables in the scientific article

Example of table design

Important. The word "table" is written from a new row to the right, ordinary font.

Tables are subject to mandatory numbering! For example, Table 1, Table 2, etc.

The word "table" is always written completely, also most of the editions require that the tables are own names (for example, Table 1. An example of writing a table to a scientific article).

Attention. If the table is big and does not fit into the page, then it can be transferred! With an excess of rows, the hat is also transferred, with an excess of columns - the sidewall. Wherein lower border Do not spend and near the new tables, on top of the right, write "continuation" + table number (for example, continuation of table 1).

Table borders. You can not conduct if it does not make it difficult to read, while the headlines and subtitles of the side columns cannot be separated by diagonal lines.

You can add a note to the tables, it is written under the table, on the left edge, the font, less main in the article. (2-4 PT, depending on the publication). In this case, the word "note" does not need to write!

References used sources

Example of references in the text

Placed immediately after the object to which you are. If the link is one, it is not necessary to numbered if they are somewhat numbered by Arabic numbers without points.

Footnotes should not be too big, because With improper design, they can occupy more than half of the page and make reading an article for a rarity unpleasant. If you need to make a very big note, try placing it in the main part or transfer it to the application to the article.

How to issue drawings, diagrams, charts

All drawings, as well as on the tables, should be links. Images must be unique, just to take them out of the Internet it is impossible! At the same time, they must be readable, informative, logical.

When making drawings, it is necessary to remember 3 rules:

  1. figure and title (signature) are aligned in the middle of the sheet;
  2. the title of the drawing is drawn up under the pattern - always;
  3. the title is written by regular font (without a hray and underscore).

The titles of drawings, as well as tables begin with the designating word "drawing" and the sequence number of the pattern in the article (according to quantity), for example "Figure 1. Rally on the Swamp Square."

Lifehak according to schemes and graphics. No need to think about how to draw out schemes, diagrams and graphics. As a rule, it is these data very much depending on the magazine to magazine. Therefore, we do it easier, all charts, schemes and diagrams are issued as a drawing, for example, "Figure 1. The growth schedule of the volume of imports of Russia, in billion tons."

Registration of the list of used sources

As you noticed, we missed one important section - a list of sources. It will be considered separately, since it is in this part that the lion's share of all errors is concentrated. The title "List of used sources" is located in the center of the new sheet, usually with a bold font.

General rules:

  • the list of references is always given at the end of the article;
  • the list is always numbered;
  • the list is made in alphabetical order;
  • foreign sources come after Russian-speaking;
  • all sources (book, website, article, etc.) are drawn up in different ways!

Let's summarize how to make a scientific work

  1. Headlines are always written in the middle and highlighted in bold.
  2. You must always give names to all tables and drawings, as well as check the correctness of their numbering.
  3. With a large number of different applications, check if you did not put one of the prohibited letters as the number.
  4. Always put links to sources of citation in text or footnotes.
  5. Pay due attention to the bibliographic list, it is in it most of all errors
  6. When submitting an article in a scientific journal, read the requirements for the requirements, most likely, they differ from the standards.

- several references to articles, on the topic raised, in leading Russian and foreign journals - this demonstrates the author's horizons;

- several links (no more than 30%) on their work - in order to demonstrate the scale and depth of their research;

From this follows the most important rule of the list of list - in it any scientific works and publications must be included. - Articles, monographs, dissertations, books, etc.

Sources are located in the order of reference in the text. The reference to the source in the text of the article is drawn up in square brackets.

If you do not know how to create one or another source in the list of literature, use the instructions.
