In October 2018, my wife, 59 years old, came to the clinic MAPO on a korrheal street for an open heart surgery. She was a man full of strength and energy, worked, drove the car, swam in the pool. No significant clinical manifestations from the heart had no. What happened next is simply impossible to understand any sensible person. I believe that doctors, if they can be called that, made ***** I will explain.

Operation on plastic mitral valve was performed by Cardiochurgeon Kuznetsov together with M. Dewar (USA). She was performed by quota and was planned. During the operation or immediately after it, severe complications arose in the form of polyorganic insufficiency and rhabdomyolysis - the disease at which "burning" all the muscles of the body. Kuznetsov assured me and my loved ones that the operation passed normally.

What is the matter? The curator and the chief "ideologist" of the treatment of Lebedinsky and the head of the Vanyushkin's Resuscitation Chamber begin to explain these complications with a genetic factor and an autoimmune response of the body. And without any evidence; Having said, at the same time, that they do not understand this themselves (these are people who consider themselves professionals). By the way, after the death of the patient, a genetic analysis ordered by the already named persons came. He turned out to be absolutely normal, although I understand that only one of possible optionsIf appropriate, in general, here to talk about genetics. Confirm or refute this factor at this level of knowledge is most likely impossible. But it is clear that this "screen" can be covered by anything: the malfunction of the equipment, the blatant non-professionalism of the staff, negligence, etc. Especially since the patient's father is already on the 93rd year, mother died at 87 years old, one The uncle on his father died at 96 years, another 91. This is to the question of genetics. And why am I and my family should believe it? To answer responsibility from the staff?

But even, if we assume that yes, "the genetics" is to blame, there were mutations of some genes, then all further treatment is different as mockery of the patient, common sense And the logic is simply impossible. Within one and a half months, that she lacked in the ward, her body was swollen and yellowed, she was in no way to move her hands, nor legs, nor head, temperature, except for 2-3 days, was 38-39 and higher degrees, Hospital pneumonia flowed all the time, circulating in the ward. Although the doctors argued that she was conscious, it was an untouched false lie. Our multiple visits did not confirm this, she did not respond at any way. If some kind of consciousness was, then very very confused, which is most likely a disruption of the oxygen regime either during the operation or immediately after it. The state of the patient, again, except for 2-3 days, was constantly worsened, no restoration of organs (in particular, the kidneys and lungs), which promised doctors, did not occur. For my repeated requirements, remove fever and give, at the suggestion of the same Lebedinsky and Vanyushkina, Penta-Globulin, it was said that it was necessary to collect a concerhium. But it was too late. My wife did not. When asked why this drug did not give, Vanyushkin replied: "He is expensive." And this is despite the fact that all the standards and regulations for the treatment of pneumonia are registered by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, all this should have been known to this personnel. This is their direct duty. In the end, if you do not understand, contact other specialists, what I insisted. After all we are talking About human life! What, in St. Petersburg there are no such specialists who understand the better of you and your clinical pharmacologists? But no. Pride, and just a banal "pofigism" did not allow this.

That is why I call everything that happened intentional ****. I think it's impossible to call this in a different way. I believe that the death of the patient is exclusively at the conscience of all these persons: Kuznetsova, Lebedinsky and Vanyushkin.

There is no big-founded snobism (our opinion and our treatment is the most correct), a pie decision (if today - you will hand over me, then tomorrow - I am you), sinovation ("This-professor, and I - Associate Professor") , Lies, demagogia and impunity - this is not a complete list of what was observed by me and reigns in this clinic and this chamber. All this "treatment" resembled an elephant in the dishwasher.

No independent experts in the ward were allowed. In particular, on my requests to lead to the consultation of academician wounds from the first honey. Institute, I heard from Lebedinsky: "He is a dishonest person. If he comes, he will say that everything from the very beginning was wrong (that, obviously, it was, judging by the result). And then I wash my hands, and I take off myself all responsibility. " These are the words of a person who gave an oath of hippocrat. And what will he suffer the responsibility? At least moral? Not. How to this, and everything described above can be treated? These people, who are also studying students, can be called doctors? Can they stay further in this profession, make a career? Nothing but contempt, these are people, in my opinion, cannot be called.

Yes, formally, the patient was engaged in a lot, fussed, it seems to have given her attention (again, with the words of personnel), telephone conversations constantly conducted with doctors, "no one denies it. But all this fuss led only to her death.

It should also be said that this is not the only case of such "treatment" in this Chamber over the past year-and-a half. I have already been known about one, at least a criminal case, initiated by the crime of its employees, a very similar to this, I also know about very close to this, the case and exactly with this personnel, when the limit was disturbed by the relatives of the victim. That is, there is a treatment system inherent in this clinic. If someone has been treated, then, apparently, already in those situations when not to do it was already simply impossible.

I want to warn those who are going to be treated in it: you are threatened with a deadly danger. Pass it, as well, to all your loved ones and friends, tell us in social networks otherwise, all without failure, which will be crushed in this clinic will continue further.

In March of this year, our mother fell into the hospital Botkin on Piskarevsky
    Ave. 49.
Put in the ambulance according to OMS. ARVI diagnosis with suspicion of pneumonia.
After all the horror stories, who usually hear about the hospital Botkin, were pleasantly surprised that everything is completely different.
    Excellent modern hospital.
The chamber is two-sized, with a shower and toilet.
We wanted to express tremendous thanks to all the staff of the 8th branches, and especially our attending doctor Olga Vladimirovna. This is a caring and attentive person. All nurses and nurses are friendly and always ready to help the elderly.

Hello! I am writing to warn everyone from getting into this terrible hospital, in which they did so that it did not end up with my dear grandmother! I will explain why such an opinion! On November 14, 2016, Babul was brought to this ill-fated hospital with an extensive infarction (for the first 1.5-2 hours after the attack). They put in the intensive care of the 16th Cardiology Department. There the doctor said that he had to do caronaryography without explaining contraindications! Said that there is no risk of big. We thought, but agreed, and after a few days it turned out that this procedure had many specific contraindications that the grandmother had (doctors knew all this). Two days grandmother lay in intensive care ... The condition was called steadily heavy. On the 3rd day (Wednesday), it was transferred to the cardiology department and no one called his relatives, although all the phones were. He needed care for a person, and they just threw it on the bed in the ward and left. Just and it was necessary to call in advance and we would come, then they would hire a round-the-clock nurse if necessary. But the doctors considered otherwise ... the result: the strongest drop in grandmother while trying to get out of bed unattended, about which doctors and nurses were silent. About this fact learned from patients. On that day, Mom called in intensive care, and there they reported that the granny was already at the department for several hours. Mom came and saw that the state had deteriorated sharply, in comparison with admission to the hospital. The grandmother's speech was very violated, she moved poorly and had obvious brain violations similar to stroke. However, no one put the diagnosis of stroke and did not even checked the head, judging by the discharge. Next, for the next day, Gablu was again transferred to intensive care, allegedly only for the weekend due to the fact that there are not enough people in the department and they will not be able to care (they knew the doctors with the nurses). But in the intensive care of the therapeutic department, with an extensive infarction complicated by diabetes. On Monday, no one has passed to the grandmother's department, and they kept in intensive care where they were allowed only 1 time. The state was always evaluated, as stable heavy ... I didn't say anything. And here in resuscitation instead of several days (the translation on Thursday and until Monday promised), she lay down there for 7 days and here they said that they might take ... We write out. We were shocked, not understanding, because every day only one answer about the state is "consistently heavy." With difficulty, Mom persuaded a doctor of resuscitation, so that the grandmother was caught a couple of days. As a result, judging by the discharge, no one treated these couple days. Just supersoned. As it turned out from the cardiology, such a practice is: throwing off patients in severe condition from his branch, allegedly for the weekend, in an unprofinal therapeutic resuscitation! And then the back is no longer taken. This doctor stated from the cardiology: no one will take it to the department, no one will take care and treat ... There are no places (they melt the fir you want, then throw in the corridor on the bed). As a result, a person in severe condition is discharged from resuscitation immediately. After their treatment, it was only worse, most likely the grandmother was not even fed there and do not know how to tremble. They held in the hospital only 12 days, and the last couple of days only thanks to the head of therapy. They discharged home in a terrible state, and in the discharge they wrote (attention!), The state is "satisfactory" (you would like satisfactory doctors or your family) and is discharged on the clinic. By the way, it is not said in the statement that the person was not lying on cardiology almost all the time, but on therapy. In discharge and analyzes, all are good, and the ECG is also allegedly normal in the dynamics. And in fact, the person who went to the hospital on his feet was not bad for 86 years, came home any (lying and sleeping, with a violated speech and almost without strength). The next day we call an ambulance, as they realized that everything in the discharge is lies. Doctors will soon determine the ECG flicker arrhythmia, in the blood of sugar 26 (although there were all the Okay in the hospital), low \u003d 70 hemoglobin (although in an extract everything is ideal for analyzes). Hospitalized already to another hospital, where the doctor directly says that the state is heavy and even deplorable (despite the fact that in the Cardiology of Peter the Great, it is considered satisfactory)! In that hospital, they fought 2 weeks ... after the grandmother did not become. I believe that wine is to a vast degree at the hospital of Peter the Great, especially at the head of the 16th cardiology department. She entered inhumanly and cruelly, as a result, it led to the death of a person dear for us.

I thank all the staff of the gynecological branch of the St. Petersburg Mesnician Hospital (Clinic Peter Great) for a friendly attitude and effective treatment. The order-headed order is maximally adapted for the comfort of the patients, up to the details such as a pack of washing powder in the toilet, on the table near the buffet teapots with boiled water, boiling water and welding.
The department is very clean. I saw, wrote on the Internet that it was impossible to go to the toilet, there was nowhere to come, dirt. Unfortunately, not everyone is accustomed to clean up, some leave a terrible dirt, although in the toilets and in the soul there are mops with a sex cloth, there is a pot for washing, and it is not difficult to remove much work.
About the quality of treatment. Doctors are very attentive, know how things have each of their patients, when meeting in the corridor, ask a specific question about signs of recovery or answer any specific question, without holding the history of the disease. They really keep the heading of the treatment of each ward. At the same time, recovery occurs quickly, reinforced if necessary for additional procedures. Helps recovery and physiotherapy. I had two attending physicians - Konstantin Sergeevich Churkin, who immediately introduced me immediately after inspecting a surgeon professor, and Julia Evgenievna Gavrish, whom he handed over my treatment and introduced us to each other. And after the "transfer" was interested for some time, as I have. Both are very competent and attentive, which I can judge the answers to my questions and advice, how best to do. The operation was made by Professor Dina Fedorovna Sostuyukhek - a pleasant optimistic and encouraging a woman with his communication.
The greatest communication takes place with nurses. They solve many questions that may unexpectedly arise, skillfully perform their work. For example, pricks are perfectly done, it takes blood from veins much more deftly than usually in clinics. Exceptionally friendly, always willingly respond to requests, even if I had to turn deeply at night.
The surgery is accompanied by Nurse Lyudmila Vasilyevna. On the eve she comes and tells that you need to take with you how to prepare. The fact that the acquaintance is assigned to the operation is not taken to the catal, wrapped in a sheet, it acts soothing. It accompanies to the operating table itself and stacked on it. Then anesthesiologist is suitable. The anesthesia was good, from which it easily came out - there was only drowsiness. The name of the anesthesiologist did not have time to find out - it turned off .
Feed in the hospital satisfying and tasty - roast, cottage cheese casserole, chicken casserole and other second dishes, delicious soups, delicious cereals. I would like to repeat the same dishes and houses. Distribute two friendly women, such good and generous, that I worried, as if not to gain weight. They gladly deliver food across the chambers, care so that no one bothers and does not go hunger, and we are glad when the dishes are proposed. (The book of reviews of the hospital catering workshop is full of thanks).
No need to think that I am writing this review to order. I just discharged and satisfied with the results. On the Internet, I saw such terrible reviews that I first even feared to go to this hospital. But one woman in the qualifying commission said that he was already lying there and the second time again there. It was convinced of me, and now I also say a lot to the same thing - if something suddenly happens - then in the hospital of Misnikov. Therefore, I am writing a review and your opinion for the sake of objectivity.
I also saw a complaint against the ambulance on the Internet. One night in the hospital there were many doctors, interns, graduates of the medical procession - no less than the day, if not more. There were many new patients, in the wards everyone did not frown, lay in the corridor. Medpersonal all night, until the morning, went near them, put the droppers, interviewed, treated. It is difficult to imagine that with such activity, someone did not help.
I am grateful to all employees of the gynecological department headed by the head of Victoria Anatolyevny Piece, who repeatedly examined each laying in her department, and was aware of the treatment at least the attending doctors. She created a benevolent atmosphere. In the morning, sick and coming medical staff greets greet. Thanks for the attentive and humane attitude!
I did not like: from domestic - one shower and toilet to the office. From the rest - a clear feeling that I got on the conveyor, the inspection is organized like this: they collect the whole crowd around the observation, then they cause the list in the viewing, where there are 2 armchairs and you respectively are engaged in the direct presence of another patient. But this is not the most interesting thing - in order to get into the viewing, you need to undress, and right in the corridor, where there is no laziness including visitors. Just in case, they put a small shirmochka at the door, but still feel like a shop window. The only desire that arose me after such an inspection is to escape from there. There must be at least elementary respect for patients, and the relationship is like meat.
In terms of quality of treatment: when I discovered no appointments - they said Go to the LCD, let them treat, although in the absence of due postoperative treatment will be recurrence (which happened to me after Dynamo). After the next control ultrasound, the doctor found that one of the ovaries is too closely located to the uterus, suggested that this is a spike that arose against the background of the treatment of hysteroscopy. It is possible that it arose after GB №31, but before the ultrasound did not speak to me ...
If you choose between GB No. 31 and Mechnikov, I would choose uniquely Mechnikov, because The main shortcomings in living conditions. But if I have another choice - I would prefer another clinic.
He was treated for DMS, they took the operation immediately as the cycle allowed. How much I don't know, the insurance paid, so that in the assessment put 5 from the bald.
The doctor - I don't remember exactly the last name, the new name is similar to Churin or something like that.
I will write a complaint through the website of the Ministry of Health - let something be done with the organization of patient service, because it is not just disrespect, but also a violation of the law on a medical secret.

Decision on building new Hospital For 1000 beds was adopted in 1903 in connection with the 200th anniversary of St. Petersburg. The first award at the project competition was obtained by civil engineers L. A. Ilyin, A. I. Klein and A. V. Rosenberg.

The State Duma has allocated additional funds and it was decided to increase the hospital to 2,000 beds.

The official bookmark ceremony took place on the birthday of Peter I on June 29, 1910. The construction of the hospital town is designed in the style of Petrovsky Baroque. 37 hospital buildings were provided.

The hospital was opened in 1914. Six buildings of 600 beds were built.

From 1915 - the clinical base of the medical faculty of the psychoneurological institution.

From 1919 - Central City Clinical Clinic. I. I. Mesnikova

V. A. Opel worked since 1924 by the head of the surgical department,

from 1925 to 19129 - Director of the Hospital.

Based on the oncological department in 1926, the first oncological institute (now NII oncology) has been established.

By 1929, the hospital was the largest medical institution of the country. From 1932 - "Medvoz - Hospital". From 1932 - as part of the 2nd LMI (now the Medical Academy). Since 1932, the hospital began to wear the name of Academician I. I. Mechnikov.

During the Great Patriotic War A sorting and evacuation hospital No. 2222 was opened on the basis of the hospital complex.

In June 1994, the Institute received a new name - St. Petersburg State medical Academy, in December 1995 she was named after nobel laureate I. I. Mesnikova

(According to the materials: St. Petersburg: Encyclopedia. 2nd ed. Ed. and add. - SPb.: LLC "Business Press"; M.:

"Russian Political Encyclopedia" (ROSPEN), 2006 C.101-102)

There are 26 specialized branches. The hospital is in federal subordination.

The extensive hospital complex currently includes fifty buildings. Four corps are located at the entrance to the territory, making the semicircular area. From the square in the depth of the broad alley, on the sides of the hospital cases are located. Appearance of buildings - in the style of Petrovsky Baroque ..

In 1903 .... The city may decide to build ... a large city hospital in memory of the founder of the city - Peter the Great.

For the first time about the design of the new city hospital, they spoke at a meeting of the St. Petersburg Society of Architects (PA) on April 18, 1906 - discussed the proposal of the St. Petersburg City Council on the organization of the competition for the project of the hospital in the town of Rublevik (Architect. 1906. №17, 23 April. P. 164-166). A week later created the jury of the competition (9 people), determined the amount and size of the awards (Architect. 1906. №19. P.197). The jury included as architects (L.N. Benua - Chairman, D.Grimm, P.Yu.Suzor, etc.) and medical specialists (in particular, A.A.Nachaev - Chief Door of the Obukhov Hospital) .

The hospital town was distinguished by a plot of an uncomfortable, irregular face in the form of an elongated trapezoid, the narrow side of which was addressed to the future main urban artery - Okhtinskaya road (the prospectus continued on it was named after Peter the Great - now Piscarevsky).

The town consisted of several branches ... they occupied 15 pavilions for 1000 beds. More than ten buildings were assigned to the utility services ... A complex internal relationship system, which existed between them, was to get a clear and most rational expression in the directorially.

Competitions took part 24 contestants, including 8 from other cities. The first award was obtained by civil engineers L. A. Ilyin, A. I. Klein and A. V. Rosenberg - the motto "Green Circle". The second - academician architecture A. I. Gogen. The third was awarded to the young Odessa to architect A. B. Minkus, the fourth - A. L. Lishnenevsky, the fifth - A. F. Babyry and N. V. Vasilyev. Recommended the acquisition of the project M. M. Perettankovich.

In almost all boned projects, the principle of zoning the hospital town zoning is traced in almost all the correct territory: the healing hull was placed in the north, in the most dry and convenient part that had the form approaching the rectangle; In the southern, incorrect corner protrusions, groups of residential and economic buildings were concentrated.

Ilyin, Klein and Rosenberg sought, creating a hospital town, solve tasks not only functional, but also aesthetic. They built a rational and beautiful scheme of the volume and spatial composition, the overall intent of which was appreciated to the best examples of regular planning of suburban palace-park complexes.

The center of the composition served the main entrance area, opened to Peter the Great Avenue. She formed a group of pavilions of the first need: an administrative, sorting and outpatientation with a pharmacy ... Began straight, wide, richly landscaped central alley, along which the pavilions of the main healing branches were located.

Allocated the "green circle" ... a bold solution of all hospitals in ... Style of Petrovsky Baroque. The appeal to this style was justified, as it was binding to the dedication and name of the hospital. The project was noted and disadvantages, but they were easily eliminated. For this, the competition program assigned a special four-month period, during which the holders of the first award could take advice from any specialists - architects and doctors, as well as study the boned projects and take them all the best.

Improved project Ilyin, Klein and Rosenberg put on a general discussion in PA at the end of February 1907. It was actually new option, much more perfectly competitive ... Along the main alley, all the pavilions of all offices were now focused. They were grouped through the system of "lowercase" building, which gave significant savings of the territory and made the scheme of the master plan more compact. Now "ANfilada" of the main alley did not cause associations with palace-park ensembles.

For the three leading departments - therapeutic, surgical and nervous - a single type of pavilion layout was developed.

The new composition of the master plan in conjunction with the unified and planned type of hospital pavilions has gave a significant economic and functional effect. To strengthen it, the authors, contrary to the program, daring to increase the styles of therapeutic buildings, referring to the latest examples of foreign and domestic hospital construction.

All this made it possible to revise the economic indicators laid in the program. In a new version, the capacity of the hospital has increased twice! The reality and feasibility of this proposal were confirmed by the exact codiform calculations. The most important of them was a significant decrease in the cost of construction. Taking into account capacity in 2000 beds, the cost of one bed decreased from 3.5 to 2.5 thousand rubles. The cost of construction was determined by 4.8 million rubles. For the survey required amount, a special loan of 3 million rubles was announced (Architect. 1907. №27. P. 281-282). The project was discussed for a long time and carefully and was finally approved on September 27, 1907.

In the finishing of interior premises for the authors was not small. They were looking for the best proportions of windows, doors, took care of the simple and beautiful shape of door handles, window spinages, heating devices themselves designed hospital furniture, seeking to achieve a calm, joyful impression, avoid gloomy, dark tones. "Both the appearance of buildings and internal amenities are necessary for the patient: they affect his psyche," - emphasized L..a..ilin.

Since 1908, exquising and prepared work began: a logging and a scuffing of the forest, gasket and maintaining roads, draining the territory. They lasted for more than two years, which provided the authors the opportunity to continue working on the improvement of the project. The Commission on the construction of the hospital has made permission from the urban Duma to send architects abroad to study overseas experience. They were sent to Germany, where several interesting hospital complexes have been submitted over the past decades. (Invisible: in Berlin - Hospital Mrudolf Virhov, in Charlottenburg - City Hospital, in Bug - Hospital for mentally ill, in Hamburg - Two city hospitals). All collected material, analyzed and studied, was set out in the book that the authors were released shortly after returning (Ilyin L.A., Klein A.I., Rosenberg A.V. Materials on the issue of hospital device. St. Petersburg., 1909. - 84, XIV p.).

In 1909, all preparatory work Ended, trading were announced and commissioned for the construction of the first stage of the Comm. In the same year, the last version of the project was submitted and approval. All innovations ... were adopted and the project was recommended for final construction. (However, the authors continued to make amendments, changes and clarifications into their project, - the preserved author's sinks of work drawings, which are stored in the Painting Foundation and the Graphics of the City History in GMI SPb - Inv. No. A-224-680 emergency).

The solemn laying of the first stage of the hospital took place on June 29, 1910. The construction of six therapeutic pavilions, a kitchen building, a bathroom and a central electrical station was launched.

The opening of the first stage took place in 1914.

Before the revolution, the construction of a hospital complex was not completed - he was interrupted because of the beginning of the I World War. The final discovery of the town took place during the years. Soviet power. By 1924 ... almost all those provided by the General Plan of the Corps were completed, they were restored to a difficult state. The hospital received the name of the great Russian microbiologist I.I.Mechnikov and was solemnly open as the largest hospital ... Leningrad.

In 1932, she was turned into a hospital university.

In 1934 [this year is listed in the source] on the entrance area under the leadership of Ilina a monument was established by I. I. Mesnikov, created by the sculptor L. V. Sherwood.

In the 1930s. On the site of the unproinated insulating pavilion was erected by the project of the group of architects, headed by A. A. Junger, a new hospital building. Behind his design, the construction of Ilyin was led by the construction of Ilyin.

In recent decades, [this presents the time until 1990] on a plot reserved in the General Plan for promising ensemble growth, hulls designed in the specialized workshop No. 11 of the LenniaPrect, which made some dissonance in the nature of the investment ensemble.

The hospital construction began in 1910, but due to the lack of funds, it was slow, only by 1924 it was completed. The construction of the first six buildings was completed in 1914, by the fall of 1916 they built 2 surgical pavilions, a residential building, a kitchen, a laundry, a central thermal station. The remaining corps were erected in Soviet times.
