Where the documents of the educational institution are required. Documents for admission to the university

The procedure for admission to institutions of higher vocational education, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 2895 of December 28, 2011, provides for applicants with the opportunity to enroll in 5 universities at the same time, as well as choose in each of them up to 3 specialties or areas. In any case, the first step is to apply to the selected universities for admission to the first year.

Scroll required documents the same for all universities:
- statement;
- passport or other identity document;
- educational document (certificate, diploma of secondary or higher professional educational institution);
- 4 photos (in case you need to pass additional tests or take exams conducted by the university independently);
- ticket (if available);
- documents confirming the right to benefits.

Basic information about a potential student should be stated in the application. It indicates: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth of the applicant, his passport data, chosen areas or specialties, information about education, the results of the exam, participation in Olympiads, the availability of benefits, as well as the need to provide a hostel. In addition, the applicant must confirm in writing that he is receiving for the first time and submits documents to no more than 5 universities. You also need to sign that he is familiar with the license and certificate of accreditation of the university, the rules for filing appeals based on the results of entrance examinations and the date of submission of the original certificate of education.

Applicants, at their discretion, can submit both originals and photocopies of documents, and for members of the admissions committee there is a direct prohibition to require the original certificate or diploma, as well as other documents not provided for in the list. It is most optimal to submit photocopies to each of the selected universities: this will allow in the future to timely submit the original document on education to the educational institution to which the applicant is applying for the competition, and not to waste time picking it up from the office of another university.

Annually, the acceptance of applications for admission to the first year begins no later than June 20, and ends depending on the type of entrance examinations accepted by the university:
- if necessary, passing additional exams of a creative or professional orientation - July 5;
- if the university conducts entrance tests on your own - July 10;
- upon admission exclusively by USE results- July 25.

The best time to contact the admissions committee is the set deadline, when you can already estimate the approximate number of applicants, the competition and the passing score. However, when submitting documents to several universities, you should still inquire about the beginning and end of the acceptance of applications in each of them.

Admission to several universities at once is not an easy task, especially if they are located in different cities. However, you can avoid standing in lines at the admissions office if you send an application for admission to the first year by mail, attaching photocopies of the necessary documents, or in digital form, if the university provides such an opportunity. But it should be remembered that the university will accept the application only if it is received before the end of the acceptance of documents.

No, it won't either. The only thing that matters is whether you met the required deadlines (they can be seen in).

We do not set in advance such an amount of points, having typed which, you are guaranteed to enter a budget place. Those who have received the highest number of competitive points will be enrolled (if there are original documents at the time of enrollment, of course). Just like last year USE scores will be summed up with a small number of points (up to 10 points) for individual achievements... Thus, the passing score for the budget depends only on you and on other applicants for your educational program, and it will become known only when everyone submits documents. Remember also that you have to overcome everything in order to enter the competition.

How many points do I need to earn to qualify for a paid seat in my program?

To do this, you need to have such an amount of points for entrance examinations that would satisfy the criteria for concluding contracts (will be published by July 1, 2020). Other than that, you need to overcome each of the.

What entrance tests are waiting for me if I am a foreign citizen?

Can I get a language certificate as an entrance test in a foreign language?

No, you still have to take the USE or internal tests (if you are eligible for one). But HSE language certificates will come in handy. First, some certificates may be credited in lieu of the mandatory testing for admission to dual degree programs. Secondly, if you have an IELTS certificate, it can be credited at the end of the second year, when all undergraduate students are required to take IELTS. Thirdly, language certificates (not only in English) are taken on the entrance examinations for the master's degree.

I don't have enough points to reach one of the USE minimums, but the score is good. Can I apply for at least a paid seat?

Unfortunately, in this case, you will not be able to participate in the competition for either budget or paid seats. But there is an exception to this rule: if you have a diploma from the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, or you have a BVI benefit ("without entrance examinations"), confirmed by the Unified State Exam in a specialized subject, the results of the rest of the Unified State Exam are not taken into account. All you need to do is get a certificate and you can be enrolled - of course, only for those programs that correspond to the profile of your Olympiad. Table of correspondences of Olympiads and subjects of the exam, for which you need to get 75 (be careful: for some programs - 80 or 85) points to confirm them, you can find.

III – 2. Competition for Olympiads

I am an Olympiad. Does HSE have any benefits for me?

If you are a winner or awardee All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, you can see your benefits.
If you are a winner or awardee of one of the brown olympiads, you can either enter without entrance tests, or get maximum points in one of the subjects. You can find a complete list of benefits for you. Remember also that in your case, the benefit must be confirmed by a result of 75 or more USE points in a specialized subject (for some subjects the threshold value is higher: 80 or 85 points). You can find the table of correspondences of the Olympiads and the USE subjects for which you need to get the required score to confirm them.

How many years have the results of the Olympiad been valid?

Winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads can take advantage of the privilege (BVI or 100 points) for 4 years following the year of the corresponding Olympiad.

For example, if you received an Olympiad diploma in the 2015/2016 academic year, then when you enroll in 2020, you can use this Olympiad.

Please note that when providing special rights the class for which the diploma of the Olympiad was received is also taken into account.

I am a prize-winner of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Do I need to confirm my Olympiad with a certain USE result?

No need, you can take advantage of the BVI benefit right away. But for the winners of the brown olympiads, the privilege will need to be confirmed.

I am a prize-winner of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Do I need to overcome the established minimum examinations?

Not necessary. It is enough to bring a copy of the diploma, the original of the certificate with the attachment and write a statement of consent for enrollment until July 26 inclusive.

I am the winner of one of the brown olympiads. What benefits can I count on?

You can either enroll without entrance tests, or get maximum points in one of the subjects. You can find a complete list of benefits for you in the tables. Please note that the level of the Olympiad plays a role here, and the degree you received your diploma, and in which class you became the winner of the Olympiad.

If you have several Olympiads that provide you with the BVI benefit, then you need to choose only one. You also need to provide a statement of consent to enrollment and the original document of education by July 26 inclusive.

If you have several Olympiads that provide you with a 100 point benefit in the subject of the entrance test, then you can take advantage of all the benefits at the same time. But do not forget that each of them must be confirmed by a certain USE result in the relevant subject.

I am the winner of one of the brown olympiads. Do I need to confirm my Olympiad with a certain USE result?

Yes need. In your case, the benefit must be confirmed by a result of 75 or more USE points in a specialized subject (for some programs - 80 or 85). You can find the table of correspondences of the Olympiads and the USE subjects for which you need to get an appropriate score to confirm them.

I am the winner of one of the brown olympiads. Do I need to overcome the established minimum examinations?

In the event that your benefit is a BVI, it is not necessary to collect all the minimums. It is enough that you have a statement of consent for enrollment, a certificate (including an application) and a profile subject confirmed. If your benefit is 100 points in one of the subjects, then you will have to confirm everything.

I have two (or more) BVI benefits. Can I submit documents so as to qualify for each of them?

No, you need to choose only one and bring to the Admissions Office the originals of the documents, as well as the consent for enrollment until July 26 inclusive. The remaining Olympiads, if you wish, can be taken into account as individual achievements.

I have two (or more) benefits of 100 USE points. Can I submit documents so as to qualify for each of them?

Yes, you can. Just do not forget that each of them must be confirmed with a certain result of the USE points in the corresponding subject. Let us remind you once again that the table of correspondences between the Olympiads and the USE subjects for which you need to get 75 (for some educational programs - 80 or 85) points is located.

I have a BVI benefit for one of the programs, but I would rather like to enroll in another program. If it turns out that I am recommended for enrollment in the second program after enrollment under the BVI benefit, will I be able to pick up the documents from the first program?

Yes. But then you will irrevocably lose the BVI benefit, it can only be used next year (if it is still valid). And you still have to fill out a little more paperwork (for example, write an application for deduction).

What documents do I need to bring to the admissions office if I apply for the Olympiad?

If you have a diploma of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, then you need to provide the original of the diploma - an employee of the Admissions Committee will make a copy and return the original to you.

If you have a diploma of a brown school Olympiad, then you need to provide an electronic version of the diploma, which you can print from the website of the Russian Council of School Olympiads.

III – 3. Competition for the main places - budget

What are places for HSE funds, and how to apply for them?

Places funded by the HSE are in programs where, in principle, there are no budget places within the admission targets (for example, the educational program "Geography of Global Changes and Geoinformation Technologies"). In addition, they can be on programs where budget places there are, but they are all occupied by olympiads who have the BVI benefit (admission without entrance examinations). Over the past few years, the university has allocated places with tuition fees at the expense of the HSE in the most popular programs among the Olympiads. Applicants who got into the “green wave” (the list of recommended for budget-funded places) and brought the original certificate and consent to enrollment on time, but did not get into the budget orders, are also enrolled in places at the expense of the HSE. Tuition at such a place will look exactly the same as if it were budgetary: scholarships and student benefits will remain. There is only one limitation and, we hope, it will be irrelevant for you: formally, this is a paid place and you cannot transfer from it to a budget place to another program.

Is it possible to add up individual achievement scores with one of the USE exams to keep the minimum?

My essay has not been checked for too long. What to do?

"What documents are needed for admission to a university?" - this question arises every year before thousands of applicants and their parents. Let's try to figure out what exactly the admissions commissions of various institutes, universities and academies may require.

Do I need a school certificate

According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, every citizen of our country has the right to receive one higher education for free. It can be implemented in state or municipal universities, however, admission there is carried out on the basis of competitive selection. For those who could not pass the competition or decided to study at a commercial university, there remains the opportunity to apply there and get a higher education on a paid basis. In addition, you can get a second education for a fee - there are no restrictions here.

However, the very concept of higher education implies that only those who already have a secondary education can receive it. Consequently, the first document for an applicant wishing to enter a university will be a school certificate. If the future student has already managed to master the average special education, then instead of a certificate, he takes a diploma from a college or other vocational school.

In addition, an applicant who graduated from school submits a document with the results to the university. passing the exam... For college graduates, this is not required: passing the exam is voluntary for them, they can enter the university after exams held at the university itself. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation plans to change the procedure and introduce admission based on the results of the exam for everyone, but as of the beginning of 2016, the previous system is still in effect.

Don't know your rights?

What other documents are needed for admission to a university

Any documents submitted to the university are considered only on the basis of the applicant's application. It is usually written by hand on a special form, no corrections are allowed.

In addition, upon admission to a university, you will need:

  1. Passport. If the document is lost, it is allowed to submit a temporary certificate.
  2. Medical certificate form 086-U. It confirms the fact that the applicant is healthy enough to study, and in most universities it can be submitted after admission.
  3. Photo. Usually, a university needs 4 to 6 black and white photos. In some cases, the submission of colored ones is also permissible, however, you need to find out about this directly at the selection committee.

This is the minimum set of documents. Some universities have their own requirements. For example, admission to military schools may require the conclusion of a medical commission, and for academies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - a certificate of no criminal record. Exact list additional documents you need to find out directly at the educational institution where the applicant is going to enter. In addition, young men liable for military service will need to present a military ID or registration certificate. Documents are submitted either in person through the selection committee, or by mail.

Is it possible to submit documents to several universities at once

Some applicants before last moment hesitate, not knowing exactly where to go; others want to try their luck in several places at once, so that in case of failure in one university they do not lose a year and do not wait until the next admission. It is for such cases that Russian legislation allows the possibility of submitting applications to several places at once.

At the same time, as of 2019, the following rules apply:

  1. You can apply to no more than 5 universities at the same time.
  2. In each university, you can try to enroll in no more than 3 faculties at the same time. It is not necessary to submit a set of documents for each of them separately - it is enough to indicate in the application all 3 areas of training that the applicant is trying to enroll in.

The rules for submitting documents for each of them are the same. The only difference is that in this case the certificate and medical certificate can be replaced with copies. They can be certified either by a notary (if they are sent in a letter), or directly at the admissions office. However, if the admission does take place, it will be necessary to present the originals as well.

Documents for obtaining a second education

In the event that a person who already has a university diploma decides to get a second education, he will have to submit the same documents (only instead of a certificate, the original diploma of first education is submitted). In addition, in this case, many universities request another copy of the TIN or a certificate from the place of work. What exactly is required, you need to find out directly at the university.

Admission to a university is a responsible process that can be passed not only by school graduates, but also by adult citizens.

Depending on the situation and the profile of the educational institution, additional certificates and documents may be required confirming the availability of the opportunity to receive training and continue to work in the future. The list of documents should be found out at the university where admission is planned.

How many establishments can you serve?

Since 2020, the number of institutions where you can apply for possible studies has been limited.

In 2020, it is allowed to submit no more than 15 packages of documents - this is a maximum of 5 universities with 3 different directions on the basis of an educational institution.

Documents for admission to the university in 2020

The list of documents is in most cases standard. Only a few changes are noted depending on the situation, which will be discussed below.

How to serve?

Most high school graduates distribute their documents to numerous universities in all possible ways. On this moment this is convenient, because in most cases, students are enrolled only on the basis of the USE results.

In person or with your parents?

School graduates often do not reach the age of majority, but they already have a passport. Therefore, underage applicants can apply for admission to the university on their own.

But the participation of parents will be required when enrolling a student for a paid course educational institution... V in this case one of the parents consents to the training, which takes on the obligation to pay.

By mail

Copies of documents can be sent to universities throughout the country via the Russian Post. In this situation, copies must be certified by a notary, which confirms their correctness.

After enrollment, the applicant will appear at the selection committee of the university selected for training with the originals of the documents and will deposit the necessary documents.

Online

Today, online submission of documents is the most convenient solution. To do this, it is enough to scan documents or take high-quality photos with a clear display of all data.

The files are sent via the Internet to the e-mails of educational institutions, where the presented method of submitting documents is considered.

Which ones are needed?

The exact package of documents for applying for admission to a university must be found out at the educational institution itself - often the list is presented on the Internet on the official website.

To the full-time department

Upon admission to the full-time department, the applicant must collect the following package of documents:

  • Statement- it is written when filing. Often this is a ready-made form in which the applicant's signature is simply put. Some universities require you to write a request for admission by hand.
  • Passport or temporary identity card in the case of the main document.
  • Previous education documents- a certificate for applicants of school graduates, a certificate of termination of college education with a desire to obtain higher education, a diploma of graduation from a college or technical school.
  • Certificate of passing the exam- if its results are required for admission.
  • Photo- size 3x4 in the amount of 6 pieces.
  • WITH correction from a medical facility according to form 086- it prescribes the absence of infectious diseases and the general state of health.

Sample applications for applying for admission are usually found in the foyer of the institution. You can write them by hand or take a ready-made form to fill out from the methodologist. Often, applicants download ready-made forms from the official websites of the university.

Medical certificates are issued according to the 086-y form. In fact, it indicates that there is an opportunity to work in the acquired specialty.

Example of a statement:

Medical certificate form:

This is a basic list of documents that may require additional reference.

For the correspondence faculty

Applicants wishing to study in absentia must submit the same documents that are prescribed above. In this case, there are no significant differences due to a different form of education.

To a military university

The military university is distinguished by its strictness towards candidates, therefore, the following documents are requested here:

  • birth certificate;
  • passport;
  • autobiography;
  • characteristics from the place of study or currently available work;
  • photocopies of documents on the existing education - certificate or diploma;
  • psychological selection map drawn up in accordance with the Guidelines professional selection RF Armed Forces;
  • a medical examination card with the conclusions of the necessary specialists;
  • 3 photos without a headdress of a distinctive size - 4.5x6 cm.

If you have special admission rights, you must prepare photocopies of certificates.

After college

If the applicant has already graduated from college, he needs to submit a diploma of graduation - it gives him the opportunity to immediately enroll in a 2-3 year university with a profile similar to that of a college.

If the applicant graduated from college only the basic part, which confirms the receipt of a complete secondary education, he should take a certificate and attach it to the standard list of documents for admission to the university.

For the second higher

With one higher education, some citizens want to improve the result and get a second.

If the second university for training has a similar profile as the first, a diploma will act as a document of existing education.

In this situation, applicants can be enrolled in the 2-3 course of an institute or university if the subjects taught have been previously studied and the appropriate certification has been passed on them.

If the second institution is fundamentally different from the first, you can submit a certificate.

If it is lost or absent for another reason, you can also attach a diploma of higher education received earlier.

Handicapped

People with disabilities are privileged recipients who are exempted from passing the USE, so their admission will take place upon the fact of the certificate provided, they may, if necessary, have to take regular entrance exams or pass an interview.

Mandatory documents include the above list, a certificate of disability, as well as a conclusion from the medical and social commission - it should indicate the absence of contraindications in studies and subsequent work activities.

Orphans

Such children can apply for admission to the university on their own.

The general package includes certificates certifying the status of an "orphan" - this is an extract from an orphanage, a court decision to deprive parents of parental rights.

Low-income

Beneficiaries are often provided with all kinds of indulgences, but low-income families cannot apply to study at a university at a reduced rate if they enroll in a paid course.

The only thing such families can count on is free meals in the university canteen. Therefore, when enrolling, it is recommended to attach a certificate of the status of a low-income family.

Ward

Applicants who are under the tutelage of adult official representatives must attach the appropriate certificates of the existence of the relevant legal relationship.

Citizens of the CIS, DPR and LPR

For enrollment, residents of these countries will need to collect the following package of documents:

  • passport of a citizen of their state;
  • educational documents;
  • translation of educational documents certified by a notary;
  • migration card on the legal crossing of Russia;
  • photo in the amount of 6 pieces, size 3x4;
  • application in the form of the university.

After admission and the start of training, students are registered and receive a residence permit. Copies of the documents received further must be submitted to the methodologists of the department.

Foreign citizen

Foreign citizens also have the right to study at Russian universities, so they must provide for admission:

  • passport of your state;
  • application in Russian in the form of the university;
  • documents on education received with a translation certified by a notary;
  • a copy of the entry visa, if the border crossing was carried out on its basis;
  • 6 photos in size 4x6.

If a foreign citizen has a Russian nationality, he needs to bring certificates confirming the fact. Often in such cases, a birth certificate is provided.

To a university in another city

Admission to universities in other cities should collect a standard package of documents and attract additional certificates confirming the existence of any benefits, if they are available to the applicant.

On a paid basis

Paid courses enroll all those who have not passed the passing score for budget places. The list of documents does not differ from the standard requirements.

Distance learning

Distance learning at a university requires the same standard list of documents, with the only difference that they are sent electronically, like subsequent training.
