Almost every traveler had his own army path, and some also had a combat path as part of their unit, subunit. We propose to recall the combat path of some units and formations stationed in the territory of Transbaikalia.

Moreover, many units were disbanded or reorganized in 2009-10, and now their memory is kept in the hearts that served in them and in the archives of the Ministry of Defense.

An interesting fate for the division, which was stationed in the city of Kyakhta of the Republic of Buryatia.

It so happened that the tank division bore the name of the famous cavalry grunt of the Civil War. 5th Guards Tank Don Budapest Red Banner Order of the Red Star Division named after E.A. Shchadenko.

In the summer of 1941, volunteer detachments of the people's militia began to form on the territory of the Stalingrad region on the Don. The most common tools for shallow soil cultivation are tine harrows, which, for all their simplicity of design, have several disadvantages. The teeth, like a rake, accumulate old plant debris and require periodic manual cleaning. One of their functions - the destruction of weed seedlings, they do not perform efficiently enough due to the fact that the weeds pulled out by the teeth remain in the soil and, with sufficient moisture, take root again. If the surface of the field is blocky, then the harrows move unstably, make jumps, and the quality of work deteriorates sharply. Rotary harrows with an active drive are devoid of these drawbacks, they destroy a greater percentage of weeds, but their design is too complex. Free-rotating needle harrows destroy only weed seedlings due to deformation of the soil around the tines and, less often, due to a direct hit of the tooth. In recent years, rotary working bodies with braked rotation have become widespread, representing two consecutive rollers (or rotors), which are connected by a chain drive and carry working bodies in the form of rods, teeth or working elements of a different shape on their circumference. One of these rotors by means of a chain drive slows down the rotation of the other. The braked rotor slips and breaks the weeds. The teeth periodically come out of the soil and carry them to the surface of the field. This is how power harrows differ from flat passive harrows. But they also have disadvantages in the formation of unevenness in the depth of processing. These irregularities are inherent in the trajectories of the teeth. The graphoanalytical method for determining the height of irregularities showed that the agrotechnical requirement limiting this height to 2.5 cm is achievable with certain design parameters of a rotary harrow with braked rotation. The rotor diameter must be at least 550 mm, the number of teeth in one row must be 16 or more, and the gear ratio of the braking device must be less than or equal to 2.0

The study involved 141 patients aged 10 to 17 years. Doppler ultrasound was performed in all children to assess blood flow in the intracranial (main and middle cerebral arteries), extracranial (common and internal carotid arteries, vertebral arteries) cerebral arteries and cerebral vein (rectus venous sinus); analyzed the velocity characteristics of the flow and the level of peripheral resistance. With stable arterial hypertension in children with normal body weight, high values of peripheral vascular resistance were determined in the basins of the intracranial (basal and right middle cerebral arteries) and extracranial arteries with symptoms of hyperperfusion in the basin of the common carotid artery. On the contrary, in obese children at various stages of arterial hypertension, there was a decrease in peripheral resistance in the intracranial arteries and an increase in the peak systolic blood flow velocity in the rectus venous sinus. The revealed differences in cerebral hemodynamics suggest that arterial hypertension is secondary in obese children.

In December 2016, historian Valentin Valentinovich Shelokhaev celebrated his 75th birthday. The jubilee is a good reason to list the author's works, the range of topics he touched upon in his works, and finally, the many regalia of the researcher. However, scientific contributions are not measured by a long bibliography. First of all, it consists in ideas that form a new intellectual environment, open the way for future research and contribute to a change in society itself. Unfortunately, modern humanities in Russia suffers from the inability to build a dialogue with him, to fully respond to his requests, and most importantly - to form them among a wide range of readers. Locked in the "ivory tower", the humanities inevitably loses its social significance and, accordingly, the relevance in society.

Students began to be called listeners, and the classes were named courses, and later became the main faculty of the academy. Their main purpose, in essence, has always remained almost unchanged - it is to train highly qualified military personnel with a higher military education to serve in staff and command positions in the troops and military command and control bodies.
