Introduction

The expansion of the non-food market has led to the emergence of new types of goods, new, previously used materials, the introduction of modern high technologies in the production of consumer goods. Modern society seeks to provide environmental stability, and strategy of sustainable development is aimed at achieving harmony between society and nature. In this aspect, the preservation of the comfort of a person in the world of material culture is closely related to the safety of consumer goods.

Discipline is associated with other general professional and special disciplines as "General and organic chemistry"," Physics ". "Microbiology", "biologicalness of non-food products", "commodity products of homogeneous groups of goods", "Ecology".

This program is designed in accordance with the requirements of GEF VPO and on the basis of the curriculum of the specialty 100800.62. Commodity.

1. Objectives of the development of educational discipline

The main objective of the course "Safety of non-food products" - to assess the potential danger in the goods of the public consumption of some chemical compounds and new materials, wave sources of energy - ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, electrical and electromagnetic fields, mechanical fields, noise, vibration, etc. and show ways to reduce risk to a permissible level that manufacturers of goods should use.

The task of the course to teach students to identify potentially dangerous goods, be able to properly use regulatory documentation (GOST, SanPiN, technical regulations, GG, MU), and evaluate the safety of specific types of goods.

Students must understand the concept of security and the essence of hygienic standards for various types of external influences, the value of the safety of goods as the most important consumer property on modern stage Development of production technology and its role as an element of competitive struggle in the global market.

2. Place of academic discipline in the structure of the main educational program (OOP)

The discipline "Theoretical foundations of commodity and expertise" is located in the basic part of the professional cycle

The discipline is based on the following OOP disciplines:

For lecture classes, an audience is needed equipped with visual materials or multimedia equipment.

For practical classes, a laboratory is needed with visual materials of laboratory equipment. We need: standards for various types of products, product catalogs, samples of materials and goods.

The use of software products in the study of this discipline is not provided.

Examination and abstracts must be decorated with PCs using MSWORD software products, MSExcel.

When preparing for lecture and practical classes, as well as to intermediate and final certification, it is recommended to use MSPowerPoint presentations on this discipline posted on the VGUES website in handouts.
